If a member of a nonstock association is other than a natural person, the member may be represented by any individual, associate, officer, or manager or member of it, who is duly authorized in writing.

Allows a nonstock association member that is not a natural person to be represented by an individual, associate, officer, manager, or member of that entity. The representative must be duly authorized in writing, making written authorization the stated condition for representation.
