For purposes of this article, reports affecting psychologists required to be filed under Sections 801, 801.1, 802, 803, 803.5, and 803.6 shall be filed with the Board of Psychology of the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Requires reports affecting psychologists that are required under the specified reporting provisions to be filed with the Board of Psychology within the Department of Consumer Affairs. The provision applies for purposes of the article and identifies that board as the filing destination for those psychologist-related reports.
