The licensing agency may proceed against a licentiate under either Section 820, or 822, or under both sections.

Notes

Allows the licensing agency to proceed against a licentiate under either of the two specified disciplinary provisions or under both. The provision authorizes alternative or cumulative use of those statutory grounds and states no requirement that the agency choose only one, no sequencing rule, deadline, monetary threshold, or exception.
