No person shall in any document or writing required of an applicant for examination, license, certificate, or registration under this division, the Osteopathic Initiative Act, or the Chiropractic Initiative Act, willfully make a false statement in a material regard.

Notes

Prohibits any person from willfully making a materially false statement in a document or writing required from an applicant for an examination, license, certificate, or registration under the division or the specified osteopathic or chiropractic initiative acts. The prohibition is limited to statements that are false in a material regard and made willfully.
