The holder of an inactive healing arts license or certificate issued pursuant to this article shall not do any of the following:
(a) Engage in any activity for which an active license or certificate is required.
(b) Represent that he or she has an active license.
Notes
Prohibits the holder of an inactive healing-arts license or certificate from performing any activity that requires an active credential or representing that the credential is active. The restriction applies for as long as the license or certificate remains inactive and states no separate exception, grace period, or authorized limited practice in the provision.
