(a) The board shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.

Requires the board to administer and enforce the chapter and sets January 1, 2029, as the date on which this provision is repealed. Until that date, the board retains the express duty to carry out and enforce the chapter’s requirements.
