After January 1, 1970, no person shall perform services described in Section 4502 without a license issued under this chapter.

Notes

Prohibits any person, after January 1, 1970, from performing the psychiatric technician services described in the referenced provision without a license issued under the chapter. The restriction applies to anyone performing those covered services and makes chapter licensure a prerequisite.
