(a) It is unlawful for any person willfully to make any false representation or impersonate any other person in connection with any examination or application for a license.

(b) It is unlawful for any person to permit or aid any other person in any manner to impersonate that person in connection with any examination or application for a license.

Notes

Prohibits any person from willfully making a false representation or impersonating another person in connection with a psychiatric-technician license examination or application. It also prohibits a person from permitting or aiding another person, in any manner, to impersonate that person in connection with a license examination or application.
