The executive officer of the board may administer oaths or affirmations upon matters pertaining to the business of the board. Any person willfully making any false oath or affirmation is guilty of perjury.

Allows the veterinary board's executive officer to administer oaths or affirmations concerning matters pertaining to board business. A person who willfully makes a false oath or affirmation in that setting is guilty of perjury, attaching the stated consequence only to a willfully false oath or affirmation made in connection with matters within the board's business.
