Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the name of a veterinary corporation and any name or names under which it renders professional services shall include the words “veterinary corporation” or wording or abbreviations denoting corporate existence.

Requires the name of a veterinary corporation, and every name under which it renders professional services, to include the words “veterinary corporation” or wording or abbreviations indicating corporate existence. The naming requirement applies notwithstanding any other provision of law and governs every professional-service name used by the corporation.
