Nothing in this article requires an applicant for or a holder of a certificate of registration of veterinary premises described in Section 4853 to be a veterinary corporation.

Notes

Exempts an applicant for, or holder of, a certificate of registration for veterinary premises from any requirement under the article to be a veterinary corporation. Veterinary-corporation status therefore is not required merely because a person applies for or holds the identified premises registration certificate.
