The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to make unlawful the activities of persons involved in research pursuant to Section 2075.
Notes
Exempts activities of persons involved in research under the referenced provision from any construction of this chapter that would make those activities unlawful. The chapter therefore does not itself render the identified research activities unlawful when performed by persons involved in that research.
