The board may deny, suspend, revoke, or impose probationary conditions upon the license of any acupuncturist if he or she is guilty of committing any one of the following:

(a) Gross negligence.

(b) Repeated negligent acts.

(c) Incompetence.

Notes

Allows the board to deny, suspend, revoke, or impose probationary conditions on an acupuncturist’s license when the acupuncturist is guilty of gross negligence, repeated negligent acts, or incompetence. Each of those three grounds can support any of the listed licensing actions.
