California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 13.5 — Licensed Educational Psychologists, Article 3 — Renewal and Continuing Education, Section 4989.30
A license issued under this chapter shall expire no later than 24 months after its date of issue. The expiration date of the original license shall be set by the board.
Notes
Limits a license issued under the chapter to an expiration date no later than 24 months after its issue date. The board sets the expiration date for the original license, but may not set it beyond that 24-month maximum period.
