The proceedings under this article shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.

Notes

Requires proceedings under the article to be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 beginning with Section 11500 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. The proceedings governed by the article must therefore use the procedure specified in that identified Government Code chapter.
