This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Act.

Establishes “Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Act” as the name of the chapter and expressly allows the chapter to be cited by that name. The provision supplies the chapter’s statutory title for references to the body of law governing licensed marriage and family therapists under these provisions.
