Except as provided by Section 159.5, the board may employ whatever additional personnel is necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.

Notes

Allows the Board of Behavioral Sciences, except as limited by the referenced provision, to employ any additional personnel necessary to carry out the chapter. The staffing authority is tied to what the board determines is needed to administer and enforce the marriage and family therapist provisions.
