The proceedings for the suspension or revocation of licenses under this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, and the board shall have all the powers granted therein.

Notes

Requires license suspension or revocation proceedings under the chapter to follow the specified Government Code administrative-procedure chapter. Also grants the board all powers provided in that procedural framework, making those procedures and powers applicable when the board conducts disciplinary proceedings to suspend or revoke a license.
