Every person who willfully makes any false statement or who impersonates any other person or permits or aids any other person to impersonate him or her in connection with any application or examination is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Prohibits willfully making a false statement, impersonating another person, or permitting or helping another person to impersonate someone in connection with an application or examination. Establishes each such willful act as a misdemeanor, applying the criminal consequence to false statements and impersonation-related conduct tied to applications or examinations.
