The respective healing arts licensing boards shall be responsible for enforcing this chapter and any other laws and regulations affecting California licensed health care professionals providing telephone medical advice services.

Requires the respective healing arts licensing boards to enforce this chapter and other laws and regulations affecting California-licensed health care professionals who provide telephone medical advice services. Enforcement responsibility therefore rests with those licensing boards for the identified professionals and the laws and regulations governing their telephone-advice services.
