The board shall adopt regulations regarding the supervision of associates that may include, but not be limited to, the following:
(a) Supervisor qualifications.
(b) Continuing education requirements of supervisors.
(c) Registration or licensing of supervisors, or both.
(d) General responsibilities of supervisors.
(e) The board’s authority in cases of noncompliance or gross or repeated negligence by supervisors.
Notes
Requires the board to adopt regulations governing supervision of associates, which may address supervisor qualifications, continuing education, registration or licensing, and general supervisory responsibilities. The regulations may also address the board’s authority when supervisors fail to comply or engage in gross or repeated negligence.
