California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 16 — Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, Article 7 — Professional Clinical Counselor Corporations, Section 4999.128
A professional clinical counselor corporation shall not perform or fail to perform any act the performance of which, or for which the failure to perform, would constitute unprofessional conduct under any statute, rule, or regulation. In the conduct of its practice, a professional clinical counselor corporation shall observe and be bound by any statute, rule, or regulation that applies to a licensed professional clinical counselor.
Notes
Prohibits a professional clinical counselor corporation from doing, or failing to do, anything that would constitute unprofessional conduct under an applicable statute, rule, or regulation. In conducting its practice, the corporation must observe and is bound by every statute, rule, or regulation that applies to a licensed professional clinical counselor.
