California CodesBusiness and Professions Code - BPCDivision 2 — Healing ArtsChapter 2 — ChiropractorsArticle 2 — Chiropractic CorporationsSection 1053

Each chiropractic corporation shall file with the board a report containing such information relating to professional corporations as may be required by board regulations as well as information required by law. The fee for filing such a report shall be fixed by the board. All reports shall be signed and verified by an officer of the corporation.

Notes

Requires each chiropractic corporation to file a board report containing information required by board regulations and by law, signed and verified by a corporate officer. The board sets the filing fee, so the provision creates a reporting and verification duty but does not itself state the amount or a filing deadline.
