Except as provided in Section 13403 of the Corporations Code, relating to the Professional Corporation Act, each director and each officer of a chiropractic corporation, except an assistant secretary and an assistant treasurer, shall be a licensed person as defined in the Professional Corporation Act.

Notes

Requires every director and officer of a chiropractic corporation, other than an assistant secretary or assistant treasurer, to be a licensed person as defined by the Professional Corporation Act. Exempts only circumstances covered by the referenced Corporations Code provision, which may permit an otherwise different arrangement under that act.
