It is unlawful for any person to represent himself or act as a licensed individual under this chapter unless he is, in fact, duly licensed under this chapter.

Notes

Prohibits any person from representing himself or acting as a licensed individual under the chapter unless that person is in fact duly licensed under the chapter. The restriction covers both representing oneself as licensed and performing the role of a licensed individual without the required license.
