It is unlawful for any person to operate a school or conduct any course for the purpose of training or preparing persons to perform duties, as defined under this chapter and regulations of the department, without having first secured the approval of the department as herein provided.
Notes
Prohibits any person from operating a school or conducting a course intended to train or prepare people to perform duties defined under the chapter and department regulations unless the person first secures department approval as provided by the chapter. The requirement applies before the school operates or the course is conducted.
