The proceedings under this chapter for the suspension or revocation of a license or registration shall be conducted in accordance with Section 100171 of the Health and Safety Code.

Notes

Requires proceedings under the chapter to suspend or revoke a license or registration to follow the procedure in the referenced Health and Safety Code provision. Both suspension and revocation proceedings under the chapter must therefore be conducted using that referenced statutory process.
