The department may enter into agreements with the Secretary of Health and Human Services for the use of the services or facilities of the department for carrying out the provisions of CLIA.

Allows the department to enter agreements with the Secretary of Health and Human Services for use of department services or facilities to carry out CLIA provisions. The permitted agreements concern use of those department services or facilities for the stated purpose of carrying out CLIA.
