Each appointing authority has power to remove from office at any time any member of the board appointed by that authority under Section 1603 pursuant to Section 106.

Notes

Allows each appointing authority to remove at any time a Dental Board member that authority appointed under the referenced appointment provision, under the referenced removal provision. The removal power belongs to the authority that made the appointment and may be exercised at any time.
