A copy of any part or all of the books of the board duly certified by the executive officer shall be primary evidence in any court of this state.

Establishes a copy of any part or all of the board’s books, when duly certified by the executive officer, as primary evidence in any California court. A court may use the executive-officer-certified copy as primary evidence whether the certified copy covers part of the books or all of them.
