An oral and maxillofacial surgery permit shall be automatically suspended for any period of time during which the holder does not possess a current valid license to practice medicine in this state.

Notes

Requires an oral and maxillofacial surgery permit to be automatically suspended for any period during which its holder does not possess a current, valid California medical license. The automatic suspension lasts for the period the holder lacks that medical license, tying permit status to possession of a current, valid medical license.
