The transfer of the location of one additional office to a new location within the same county shall not be considered the establishment of a new additional office.
Notes
Exempts moving one additional dental office to a new location within the same county from being treated as establishment of a new additional office. A same-county move of that one additional office therefore remains a transfer of the office’s location rather than the establishment of another additional office.
