Upon the revocation of any license, the fact shall be noted upon the records of the board and the license shall be marked as canceled upon the date of its revocation.

Notes

Requires the board, when a license is revoked, to record the revocation and mark the license canceled as of the revocation date. The board’s record notation and the cancellation marking both follow the revocation, and the marked cancellation date must be the date of revocation.
