A provider of dental services shall not require a patient to sign an agreement that limits the patient’s ability to file a complaint with the board.

Prohibits a dental services provider from requiring a patient to sign an agreement that limits the patient’s ability to file a complaint with the board. The bar applies when signing the complaint-limiting agreement is made a requirement by the provider of dental services.
