The procedure on all matters relating to the denial, suspension, or revocation of licenses granted under this article shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.

Notes

Sets the referenced Administrative Procedure Act chapter as the procedure governing denial, suspension, and revocation of licenses issued under the dental-assisting article. Licensing actions of those three types under the article must therefore proceed under the referenced Chapter 5 procedures.
