In addition to any other duties or functions authorized by law, a registered dental hygienist in extended functions or a registered dental hygienist in alternative practice may perform any of the duties or functions authorized to be performed by a registered dental hygienist.
Notes
Allows a registered dental hygienist in extended functions or in alternative practice to perform every duty or function authorized for a registered dental hygienist, in addition to any other duties or functions authorized by law. The authorization incorporates the ordinary registered dental hygienist scope into both of those license categories.
