In addition to the other proceedings provided for in this article, on application of the dental hygiene board, the superior court of any county shall issue an injunction to restrain an unlicensed person from conducting the practice of dental hygiene, as defined in this article.

Requires a county superior court, on application by the dental hygiene board, to issue an injunction restraining an unlicensed person from conducting the practice of dental hygiene as defined in the article. The injunction is available in addition to the other proceedings provided by the article.
