There is in the State Treasury the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Fund. The board shall report to the Controller at the beginning of each month for the month preceding the amount and source of all revenue received by it pursuant to this chapter and shall pay the entire amount thereof to the Treasurer for deposit in the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Fund. All money in the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Fund shall be available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, to carry out the purposes of this chapter.

Establishes the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Fund in the State Treasury. Requires the board at the beginning of each month to report the preceding month’s revenue and sources to the Controller and transfer all chapter revenue to the Treasurer for deposit, with expenditures subject to legislative appropriation.
