California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 5.3 — Speech-Language Pathologists, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Dispensers, Article 7 — Speech-Language Pathology Corporations and Audiology Corporations, Section 2537.1
A speech-language pathology corporation or an audiology corporation shall not do or fail to do any act that the doing or failing to do would constitute unprofessional conduct under any statute or regulation now or hereafter in effect. In the conduct of its practice, it shall observe and be bound by those statutes and regulations to the same extent as a person holding a license under this chapter.

Prohibits a speech-language pathology or audiology corporation from doing, or failing to do, anything that would constitute unprofessional conduct under an applicable statute or regulation. Requires the corporation, in conducting its practice, to observe and be bound by those laws and regulations to the same extent as an individual licensed under the chapter.
