Before setting aside the revocation or suspension of any license or modifying the probation of any licensee, the board may require the petitioner to pass the regular examination given for applicants for licenses.

Allows the board, before setting aside a license revocation or suspension or modifying a licensee's probation, to require the petitioner to pass the regular examination administered to license applicants. The examination requirement is discretionary and may be imposed as a condition of the requested disciplinary relief.
