It is unlawful to engage in the practice of fitting or selling hearing aids without the licensee having and maintaining an established business address, routinely open for service to their clients.
Notes
Prohibits engaging in the practice of fitting or selling hearing aids unless the licensee has and maintains an established business address that is routinely open to serve clients. The requirement applies while the licensee engages in fitting or selling and makes an established, routinely open client-service location a condition of that practice.
