The provisions of subdivisions (b) and (c) of Section 2538.11 and the provisions of Section 2538.12 do not apply to a licensed audiologist who satisfies the requirements of Section 2539.1.

Notes

Exempts a licensed audiologist who satisfies the requirements of the referenced provision from identified subdivisions of a referenced section and from another referenced section. Limits the exemption to audiologists who meet that prerequisite and only to the identified provisions, which do not apply to a qualifying licensed audiologist.
