Upon satisfactory completion of the fitting of contact lenses, but in no event more than 60 days after receipt of the prescription, a registered contact lens dispenser shall direct the person named in the prescription to return to the prescribing physician and surgeon or optometrist for an evaluation.

Requires a registered contact lens dispenser, after satisfactorily completing a contact-lens fitting and no later than 60 days after receiving the prescription, to direct the person named in the prescription to return to the prescribing physician and surgeon or optometrist for an evaluation. The 60-day outside limit applies even if fitting completion occurs later.
