The board may adopt, amend, or repeal, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, those regulations as may be necessary to enable it to carry into effect the provisions of law relating to the practice of medicine.

Notes

Allows the board to adopt, amend, or repeal regulations under the Administrative Procedure Act when necessary to carry out laws relating to the practice of medicine. The authority extends to regulatory changes the board considers necessary to put those medical-practice laws into effect.
