The Division of Licensing of the Medical Board of California may adopt regulations to implement this article and Chapter 1.3 (commencing with Section 1248) of Division 2 of the Health and Safety Code.

Notes

Allows the Division of Licensing of the Medical Board of California to adopt regulations implementing the outpatient-surgery article and the referenced Health and Safety Code chapter. The regulatory authority extends to implementation of both the article containing this provision and the specified Health and Safety Code chapter.
