It is unprofessional conduct for any licensee not a member or authorized official of the board, or of the California Board of Podiatric Medicine in the case of a doctor of podiatric medicine, to sign or issue or cause to be signed or issued any certificate authorized by this chapter.

Notes

Prohibits a licensee who is not a member or authorized official of the applicable board from signing, issuing, or causing issuance of any certificate authorized by the chapter. For a doctor of podiatric medicine, the relevant authorized body is the California Board of Podiatric Medicine; violating the restriction is unprofessional conduct.
