Upon filing an application therefor, containing such information as the licensing authority may require and accompanied by the required endorsement fee, if any, the licensure or credentials of the person so licensed may be endorsed or certified.

Notes

Allows a licensing authority to endorse or certify a licensed person's licensure or credentials after the person files an application containing the information the authority requires. The application must also be accompanied by the required endorsement fee, if an endorsement fee applies.
