This chapter applies to the Osteopathic Medical Board of California so far as consistent with the Osteopathic Act. Unless otherwise provided, this article is administered by the board.

Establishes that the chapter applies to the Osteopathic Medical Board of California to the extent it is consistent with the Osteopathic Act. Unless another provision states otherwise, the board is responsible for administering the article and carrying out its applicable provisions under that consistency limitation.
