(a) Each person holding a certificate issued by the Osteopathic Medical Board of California residing in or out of California shall pay the board a biennial license fee.
(b) Fictitious name permits issued by the Osteopathic Medical Board of California as provided in Section 2415 shall expire on December 31 of each year. The initial permit fee shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) and the renewal permit fee shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Requires every person holding an Osteopathic Medical Board of California certificate, whether residing inside or outside California, to pay a biennial license fee. Fictitious-name permits issued by that board expire each December 31, and neither the initial permit fee nor the renewal permit fee may exceed $100.
