Each applicant shall show by evidence satisfactory to the board that he or she has met the educational standards established by the board pursuant to this article or the equivalent thereof.

Requires each applicant to provide evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant has met the educational standards established by the board under the article or their equivalent. The applicant must demonstrate either compliance with those board-established educational standards or education the board accepts as equivalent.
